I've been working on this one for a few weeks now. You may be wondering why there are thick lines separating the pieces of the picture. I shall tell you.
For my birthday, my cousin got me this awesome picture frame with four separate frames overlapping each other, roughly the shape of what you see above. There's also a small square hole in between, which is what that white spot is. It's hard to be completely accurate on it, but I'll take a picture of the frame once I've put the pictures inside it. I decided to make a picture that was both meaningful and would match my room, so this is the end result. I hope you like it.
i really think that the thick lines here really make the piece stand out...its a great technique, and although i know it was just for a frame that you did it, i still think that you should explore the use of that broad line again.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
